Monday - Work with Andrei and his team for the final program modifications and testing to be done for Oregon Special Ed.   Also need to set up the accounts for Astoria.

Tuesday - Andrei and I have a Oregon Special Ed demonstration for Portland Public Schools in the afternoon.

Wednesday - Big day.  I will be training 68 Forest Grove and Banks users for Oregon Special Ed at the FGSD offices.

Thursday and Friday - Post mortem on OrSpEd demos and trainings, futher testing and modifications.

Other work orders and problems as they arise.

Forest Grove has invested much of the time since the mini-conference in Eugene identifying the infrastructure that is needed to effectively run the 1:1 pilot at Tom McCall. Our goal is to leave approximately 33% of the total budget for the pilot for the second year. This will be difficult given that there are significant ramp-up costs involved. We have divided our budget into three main areas: hardware, software and professional development.
